Default Holidays: To Diet or Not?

Amidst the holiday season, do you maintain your diet through the holidays or do you cheat? Especially over Thanksgiving, I found it difficult to "stay on track"... What methods do you use to overcome those holiday pounds?

i replied on pmm also but heres what i wrote

its a difficult time to be fair to all but all depends on discipline

for me i decide that i have no right eating all that crap, its poison to me, i plan my food regardless of what day it is, so if xmas falls on a saturday, thats still saturday to me, and i work my food plan around it.

i dont start, cos 1s too many and 1000 never enough if i start on the crap, i just stick to healthy food, eat to live not live to eat, food is fuel, its how you think about it, once it becomes a pleasure, its pointless crap for me

Since Tgiving I've been loose with my diet. I don't go for the sugary fatty snacks but refined grains have been added in, I make sure I get a decent amount of protein, and I don't worry much about too much fat. But I also have a good metabolism, can drop fat with 10minutes of cardio a day and good self-discipline. When I get it all out of my system I'll go back to my normal diet that suffices the other 11 months of the year.

I've eaten like 2.5 dozen cutouts the last 3 days.

Ripped to shreds thanks to the warrior diet.

I love it.

Results are awesome with little effort.

Lots of energy and focus thoughout the day and you get to tear up some food at night. I stay lean and feel good.

For more info check out ironaddicts.com and search for warrior diet. Tons of info.

I also recommend reading the book to fully understand what is going on.
