Default IGF for cartilage repair?

Hey fellas...1 week ago (10/29/10) I underwent ACL reconstruction and also microfracture of the distal femoral head. HEre's an example video of the microfracture part: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4jL1SW77FV0

So basically as you see there, when the doctor was in performing my ACL graft he noticed the missing cartilage on my bone. So he tapped 5 to 6 holes, which will lead to a blot clot and subsequently new cartilage will grow. Im thinking that IGF=1 lr3 will help speed up recovery and will even help my cartilage growth. What do you guys think?

I've heard good things about aflutop. I talked to basskiller and he said he has taken them with success. Let me know how it works out for ya.
