My new secret weapon in the diet arsenal, beef jerky. The brand I buy, ingredients are beef, water, salt, and a few other chemical-perservative-sounding items. Per 1oz, 15g protein, 1g unsaturated fat, 3g carbs. That is a TON of protein for 1oz with very little fat / carbs. Sodium is like 500mg, which isn't the greatest, but what else can one expect from a salted cured meat?
