Default need some supplement direction

i have access to pretty much most things, but i have a range in mind that i wanna try and i need some direction for my goals.

i am sticking to very low if any carbs, or trying to introduce some low gi carbs back in very slowly if at all cos i am still trying to maintain or lower bf levels till i go back onto vlc diet again.

I am thinking things like bcaa, lglutamine, post and pre workout shakes and protein types, recovery.

anyone wanna help me out, noting, i do not want to gain weight, thanks

R-ala possibly for the insulin spikes with the carb meals

other than that you dont really need any supplements.

Glutamine is a waste as your already getting a ton with a regular whey shake

Bcaas arnt really needed either some take them before fasted am cardio but I doubt the results are justifiable

So all in all just stick with a good tasting whey shake for post workout and one of your other meals throughout the day

And if you feel like buying it a casein shake for pre bed

Although I just tend to stick with low fat cottage cheese instead

Then there are the energy type supplements that many take for increasing metabolism on a cut / pre workout but im not sure if your looking for that route.

Those pre workout No2 type things are a waste of money as well, they give you that 'pump' feeing but dont equate into any actual muscle size or recovery.

So stick with a good Whey shake and maybe some caffiene before cardio/weights
