I read an article in MD (i think) that states to get past a plateau you need to take 5g of Arginine in the AM, pre-workout and at bed. Thats 5,000mg 3 times a day. Yet all the supplements Im seeing only has 500mg pills. So thats 10 pills Id have to take, 3 times per day, 5,000mg each time. Total of 30 pills per day!! Any thought on this???

I think so IMO, I read something some time about too much NO production from high does of L-arginine being bad for the body in a toxic way... FWIW
Possibly PM Mallet and see what he has to say?
