Default What is too much sugar?

I am thinking about coming off the anabolic diet and going back to high carb while i bulk this winter. In some of my carb sources there is some sugar, only a few grams, but i was wondering what your upper limit for the amount of sugar in one meal is as well as your total for the day. How much sugar do you feel would impact your diet negatively?

Just keep it low as possible and make good choices bro on foods consumed. The key is just not making it too hard on yourself and keeping it simple.

I think normal sugar is best for our body and health, if the amount of sugar is greater its level then you face problems.

Yes i agree with Glenn that excess of sugar is bad and i think normal sugar is enough for health and more sugar can cause problem.
