I suck off the SEC

Im immediately taking aminos after my workout. I still have a shitload of pills left otherwise I would be taking powder.
Ive never understood what a sufficient amount of aminos would be after my workout... In terms of grams I guess? |

I've heard nothing but rave reviews of the stuff KT mentioned. As soon as I get out of this cast and back in the gym, I plan to get some of that stuff.

But, good lord, get a scale, son! ![]() I do a Pre and during mix that includes WMS, and extra leucine for the 4:1:1 ratio. Then post, I do straight aminos, double flavoring, and I eat a complex carb source after the aminos have had time to absorb. (that last part based on the theory and studies that show that glycogen replenishment is irrelevant, and that aminos, specifically leucine, trigger protein synthesis.) |
