I suck off the SEC

How practical is dieting using Natty Peanut Butter?
I would be using it as my main fat source. The other staples in my diet would be egg whites/canned chicken/protein powder and some sort of veggie. This is the reason... I started working full time about 6 months ago and basically everything has went to hell as far as my diet/training goes. I need to structure a diet around dry foods/microwave. Im back in the gym 6 days a week, but im tryin to get a meal plan under control. Using these foods and anything else recommended, can someone please help me pull somthing together? SOME days out of the week I will be cooking and taking that to work, but atleast 2 or 3 days a week I need something I can keep at my office, or bring in a small tupperwear. I do sales and travel a lot, but im tired of using my job as an excuse to have a shitty diet. |

I've used natty pb while dieting before but only in 1-2 out of 7 meals I used it. I had no problems doing this in regards to fat loss. Thats my personal experience. As far as making it your main fat source I wouldn't know.

What kind of quantity are we talking? I think like one table spoon is like: 210 calories 6 grams fat 11 grams protein |

Hm... ya, this will probably be my only source of carbs to for a while. I am thinking of doing 2 table spoons 2 times a day. See how that affects me at first. |

It is decent dude, but not even close compared to fish oil.

But you get the calories and the protein from the PB... Im also not tryin to buy a shitload of supps right now. Im tryin to get as much of it as I can from foods. That would be my preference. |

I know this isn't your question but I started using this meal replacement powder. I love it. 40/40/20 profile with low gi carbs, perfect for on-the-go or when you don't have the time to cook.
