My girl is looking to tone and lose bodyfat. I have her on a decent diet and doing cardio and weight training program now. But....besides protien, what else should/can a girl take?
Shes gonna be on Clen in about a month so what else otc?

GTE T-99 (or similar) Also, why the Clen? Has she been dieting for very long and looking for something to push the results a little further? Clen isn't exactly the be all / end all of fat-loss supplements... there are safer things out there for her to be using. I don't know about you, but I am super sensitive as to what I give my g/f... Hell, I would put mine on GH before Clen anyday of the week. Ultimately your/her decision, though... |

I was only making a point, thats all. Of course, "If it aint broke, dont fix it". But if you can "add to make better"...then why not. Right? If diet will make you lose weight...then why not add cardio. ect, and ect....get me now?
And, no I do not. Vitrix works very well!

Why would you assume a 'girl' needs to supplement differently than a guy to 'tone'?
'Tone' = get lean. 'Getting lean' = losing fat Losing fat = creating a caloric deficit (/increasing caloric expenditure) + controlling estrogen + controlling cortisol + manipulating insulin. Those are the base precepts. -N p.s. lol@'tone'...
