ive been reading about PWO shakes where you don't even take in protein till like 15-30mins later. its basically with shit like carbs, BCAA's, creatine, and maybe a couple other aminos or somehting. anyone have any knowledge on that?

When I dont wanna go shopping, I just mix everything. Lately it has been: Mtn dew, ONS 1200 calorie vanllia powder, 2 eggs, yogurt, fruit, and whatever ice cream I have. Blend it up and there ya go. It all mixes up to whatever flavor is the most dominant. Usually banana if I add that or the type of yogurt I add. Unless Mint and chip ice cream is added, then that is what it tastes like.

Food 1hr before my workout, usu. a mix of complex and simple carbs + whole protein, coffee immediately before my workout, then complex and whole protein post workout.

Shake 45min before workout...45ish grams protien. After another shake but with 60g protien and 100g of simple carbs. Then, 30min after the shake, chicken breast.

And for before workout , I forgot to add I juat have a meal about 1:30 - 1 hr before I lift.
