I would assume dosages in the higher range (ie. 10+ iu/day) for months, if not years, on end. RedBaron could provide a more concise answer, I'd imagine. __________________

There are changes in certain facial features but as for all out head growth??? I'm not sure. I've read things on both sides.

I personally think there is with excessive use. Look at Slyester Stallone's head.
