Default Weight loss pill/drinks

What pills or drinks (ECA types) do you guys recommend for someone trying to lower their bodyfat?

Not just ECA stacks, but energy/fat loss products..

HCG, i've dropped 22lbs in 9 days without any muscle loss. Probably 6-8lbs of that was fluids, maybe another 4-5lbs of glycogen stores, but the rest was all abnormal fat.

No,

It's a fancy little trick i learned while working with a weight-loss specialist with obese people. It was part of my intenrship so to speak.

Normal dieting causes the body to lose normal fat and structural fat. The only way to target the abnormal fat or 'trouble' areas is to eat very low cals, this tells the body that you are starving and will now target the abnormal fat stores (that's what they are there for). Taking hcg with very low cals will stimulate the hypothalamus in a way that you do not experience extreme hunger. It will also create a surplus of energy from the fat stores, in and around 2000-2500cals a day from fat, when that fat is broken down you get plenty of vits and mins as well as anti-oxidants ond amino acids. If you were to eat VLCD without the HCG you would not tatrget the abnormal fat stores as well, you would still be targeting the normal nad structural fat stores first, plus you would feel hungry and deprived all day long. That's about as much as i can say without tipping my hand.

By very low cals.. What are you talking about and what protein/carb/fat breakdown? BTW-- Im 230 lbs..

You can do like Sesamin and green tea along with a diet and cardio for a more natural approach. If you want also you can take Coleus Forskohli , has the same effects as ephedra without the CNS effect.

Well there is alot more to it than that, it really requires you to eat very specific foods at specific times to achieve these kind of results. And the cals are very very low. I just through the HCG out there because you were asking for supps that work for fat-loss, but i'm not going to get into detail about my little metabolic tricks...you can buy my upcoming book!
