Default Diet help

The only carbs im eating right now is Pre workout and Post Workout. All my other meals are pro/fat. Is cottage cheese a good source of fat?
Im only throwing in 2 table spoons once a day right now, because I dont really know how much I should be taking in.

Meal 1 - Egg Whites/Fish oil
Meal 2 - Chicken/veggies
Meal 3 - Pre workout shake Waxy Maize/Protein/NO
Meal 4 - PWO Shake
Meal 5 - Chicken/Oatmeal
Meal 6 - Chicken/Veggies/Cottage Cheese... Sometimes I eat a steak and would not have the cottage cheese.

Im thinkin about replacing Meal 5 with a pro/fat meal and fish oil. Do you think I could do this if I waited 2 hours after my PWO shake to eat it?

Any help on input/structure would be appreciated... thanks.

Not per se.. Even the full-fat versions aren't 'high' in fat.

1. Calculate BMR/TEE
2. Work out macros per day
3. Work out macros per meal
4. Read the nutrional facts on tub of cottage cheese
5. Work out the serving size equal to your fat per meal requirement (see point #3)
6. Ingest said amount.

Go w/ Eggwhites+ whole eggs (to meet fat requirement).. save the fish oil for the last meal... or add some to meal 2.
