I am looking to do everything I can to prevent gyno. I will already have nolva for my pct. Can I run a low dose of nolva during cycle to prevent gyno? Or should I just go with something like arimidex during my cycle to prevent gyno. Which AI is better to run to prevent gyno?

It depends on the compounds used for your cycle. You can run a low dose nolva with compounds to reduce chances of gyno, but with others like nandrolone and trenbolone nolva could increase your chances of gyno.
An AI would be a better choice IMO. As far as which is "better" that also depends on how strong of an AI you need based on how prone to aromatization you are and the compounds used. Adex is the weakest, Aromasin and AIFM are stronger, and Letro or Femera is the strongest. So, we need more info proposed cycle, past cycle history, your stats, etc |

Yup, this is a good starting point. Do you even know if you are prone to gyno? |

Run Arimidex at .5mgs ED thoughout your cycle. Nolvadex will NOT reduce total systemic estrogen levels, it will only protect certain tissues. |

The reason that I worry is because I have a little natural gyno that I can never get rid of. So if I cycle I want to be extra careful not to make things any worse. My first cycle will be a simple one compound cycle to see how my body reacts. I was thinking Test Enan 500mg/wk, and I was thinking either 10mg nolva ed or .25mg liquidex ed. Then a proper PCT consisting of nolva/clomid/AI. Which do you think would be better during the cycle, nolva or liquidex?

I would also recommend arimidex over nolva. A couple of things to note though. Arimidex can have a neg effect on your lipid profile. If you were to use something like femera instead you should be fine in terms of lipid profile but you will have the potential to loose your sex drive on femera if the dose is too high.
I like the nolva/clo/AI pct plan. |

O.K. so I will go with arimidex during cycle to help prevent gyno. My next question is about the dosage. I mentioned using .25mg of arimidex, but is that dose too low. Should it be .50 or .75mg? And then should I take arimidex ed or eod?
