I am entering a "weight loss" competition at my local gym.
I have DNP available and Clen. I have exactly 6 weeks. What would everyone recommend? Please feel free to post up your routine. Diet Workout Cardio "Supplements" Thank You in advance. MH |

Its a lot of reading but, try this. Its like what Mallet was talking about with the circadian rhythm and eating with it instead of against that.

I'd reccomend no DNP, no clen. Lots of cardio. Low kcals.
What do you get for winning the comp? Losing weight quickly isnt particularly healthy and you stand to lose alot of muscle in the processs as well as fat. |

Well what does the compeititon consist of? Are you pretty overweight? Fit? Chunky? What are guidlines? It would help to know what we are workign with.
