Default 6 weeks to lose the most weight possible

I am entering a "weight loss" competition at my local gym.

I have DNP available and Clen.

I have exactly 6 weeks.

What would everyone recommend?

Please feel free to post up your routine.

Diet
Workout
Cardio
"Supplements"

Thank You in advance.

Its a lot of reading but, try this. Its like what Mallet was talking about with the circadian rhythm and eating with it instead of against that.

This should help quite a bit along with some cardio.

What are your stats? That would be a great reference for anybody looking to help you.

Funny, you noticed the same thing I did over at IA. I actually talked to Mallet a little bit about its similarities. Nice find.

I'd reccomend no DNP, no clen. Lots of cardio. Low kcals.
What do you get for winning the comp? Losing weight quickly isnt particularly healthy and you stand to lose alot of muscle in the processs as well as fat.

I weighed in today.

6'5
309lb
24%bf (measured with calipers)

The competition gives points for lbs of weight lost and points for % of bf lost as well.
