Default Thinking of HGH

I have never used HGH before. It's something I always considered using but never did. The reason I never did is a good friend of mine swears by it but didn't want me to start using it until I was 21. It was kinda like our compromise to a "deadline" on when to start.

This was over a year ago when I was a "serious" trainer. Some things happened and I went through some bad times.

Now I'm back into serious training. I'm gaining back my mass at an ok rate. But now I'm turning 21 and a lot of those old thoughts are coming back to me about which things to use.

I'm an ecto/endo. My pic's and training show that (see my log if you're interested). I gain fat VERY easily, and muscle very, very hard.

So that brings me to my question, I'm curious about starting HGH. I want to gain as much muscle as possible, who doesn't? But I do now want to put on a lot of fat like before. I haven't grown (taller) in over 5 years. But I'm looking for every advantage I can get in putting on lbm without a ton of fat.

I would actually wait at least a couple more years before starting it personally. I didn't stop growing till I was 24.

How long have you SERIOUSLY been training for? You are young......I'm willing to bet you can make some great gains with some more proper natural training and dieting before you turn to HGH.

However......HGH is one of the first things I would be willing to try when looking to alternative measures.

You'd probably benefit from using GH/slin IM but just using sub-q for fat loss, I dunno, I know a few ppl your age what had good results with higher doses, like 8-10iu's EoD IM, personally id say wait until your mid 20's but it depends how you were thinking of running it.

Don't even bother with GH Vito. You know you are not ready for that.

One way to be sure, go get your IGF levels checked, that will tell you indefinately if you are producing enough GH or not. It's not really age dependant as people might think, but generally speaking your GH levels don't begin to fall to drastically till your 25, and even then diet and exercise can keep your levels a little higher than the average couch potato.
