this helps my in morning figured id share it with you. im sure some of u have done this before
16 oz black coffe 2 scoop vanilla protein 1 cup oatmeal put in blender and slam it down |

Yea i normally hit something like this pre-training.
If it's first thing in the a.m. i forego the oats... and make it just: 2 scoops protein blend (whey; soy; casein); 2 tsp instant coffee; 10 oz soy milk... toss it in my shaker bottle and shit the shit out of it. Toss in a couple blocks of ice and my mocha's ready ![]() -N

Mmmmmm. My AM shake consists of 48g of chocolate whey, 5g creatine monohydrate, 1 cup of dry oatmeal (ground into a dust), in a shaker. Pound that, drink like 20oz water, and POOF, the oatmeal expands in my stomach lol.
