help- with pct please

im about to start my pct and have nolvadex clomid and tamoxifen..i know i should take the nolva and clomid but is there a benifit or need for the tamoxifen during the pct or is it just for a precosion during the acual cycle?
was also wondering if taking the clomid and nolva before bed was better so i would notice the possible side effects like vision ect. or will it effect my sleep at all>? ty
