Ok, I take a few BCAA's when I wakeup before I do cardio. What is a sufficient dose before I head to the gym? Thats all I do is take a few BCAA's. Then eat when I get home...
Also after I workout and go straight to cardio, I plan to take some BCAA's then, because I dont wanna slam a shake and then do Cardio. What is a sufficient dose for that? Thanks |

I would say 40-50 grams. Also, why not just sip the BCAA's during your lifting and cardio?

I am a pussy when it comes to BCAA's and CEE and supps like that, but you can look at like Scivation Xtend and some other brand Bryan2 recommends called Excel . But they are flavored , even if you hit up true protein, I think they can add flavoring for you. I personally bought the Scivation Xtend Watermelon flavored, and it mixes a lot better than the True Protein stuff, seems like the TP stuff floats at the top no matter what unless you use tons of water.
