Default Slin expiration date passed

i have a big bottle of log here ive kept in the fridge for a while but the exp date is jun 1 2007.

my buddy who gave me the bottle is diabetic and uses it for its intended purpose and says that he always keeps bottles passed the exp date and they are fine.


what do you guys think?

also for you vets in the Slin world...

this is my second go around with slin... first time was PWO only. should i try an everyday shot type regimine?

Slin is still good past the exp date, by law they have to have an exp date, doesn't mean it's not good.

I would just stick with slin pwo, any other time will just make you fat.

i can afford some fat right now... im looking for some mass. im also ruunning 500 TE and 600 EQ/week.

what would my options be boss?

Slin AM and PWO

or

PWO on workout days
and AM/PM on non workout days?

In that case, add some GH to the mix and your set.

But if GH isn't in the cards i would go with slin a.m and pwo on training days and a.m on non-training days. 4-6m weeks tops. Also add in about 10g minimum of creatine with each slin shot, trust me on this, 20-30g a day of creatine is worlds above the 5g bullshite. You'll saturate in no time, and pack on some much needed size and water weight, but water forces hypertrophy as well, if size is the goal.

Add some digestive enzymes to the mix to make sure your digesting and making use of all those extra cals.

How do you do the AM shot... i am doing 10iu so would i do 5 and 5 on training days and 10iu AM on non training days?


I would add some GH but i dont want my face to chnage forever barry bonds style lol. i have a solid jaw line that i dont want to round out.

the ladies love it :-D

Well GH won't effect your jawline, it will pack on some nice size and add new muscle cells to any lagging body parts.

You would take 10iu's of slin each time, so your first a.m shot would be 10iu's, your pwo shiot would be 10iu's and your non training a/m shots would be 10iu's as well. GH and slin together cannot be matched, the amount of permanent gains made with that combo are unparralleled. Even at 10iu's of GH and 10iu's of slin i have never experienced any bone growth, or gut enlargement. It's the Lr3 IGF that you need to woory about, since it is active for such a long period of time, and there are alot of IGF receptors in the intestinal tract. The IGF produced by GH and slin is shorter acting, it's gets the job done and then leaves the system. Plus GH blocks the storage of fat when used with slin as well, so all the pwo nutients get shuttled inot the muscle cells and liver.

couple of questions. first slin.

so workout days would be 20IU? 10iu/am and 10iu/pm and non workout days would be 10iu/am only.

Now say i think im going to hit the gym one day but dont end up going for whatever reason. now ive come to a point in the night where i decide im not going to make it.can i still just shoot 10iu middle of the day/night?

also is am and pm meal ptotocol the same . 100g dex 80gwhey then a whole food meal 1 hour later?




Now GH... i never did much research on it becasue i wasnt interested but i have alot of friends who do it and they all got round swollen looking faces. may be an uneducated thing to say but liek i said before i never researched it much. also i have easy access to the stuff so im wondering what a good EFFECTIVE but safe dose would be.?
