Started a cleanse

My instructor was telling me about something he uses, and he gave me a pamphlet on the stuff. I lost the pamphlet. I told him about it Friday, and he said not to worry because he had something in the truck for me. As it turns out, his auto-ship package had just arrived and he gave me his supply. He just told me to try it and see what I thought.

I got home and the stuff was 80 bucks, but he gets a deal on it for 60. I started it Friday and dear Lord! Thank God for exhaust fans in the can! Evidently it is working.

ingredients look a lot like a product made by Nature's Secret that I took...

watch out for that Cascara, that shit fucked me up....gave me terrible abdominal pain which only subsided by shitting the death out of me. Pain was bad and my shit was water when I tried to up the dose....needless to say I dropped the dose down quickly

It's got Psyllium Husk in it, from what Mallet posts, he said most are fine as long as they have like 3 main ingredients.I know the Psyllium husk was definately one of them.

That stuff will do the trick Swell. Wouldn't hurt to follow it up with a Candida cleanse (yeast overgrowth). Or atleast a liver cleanse, and you will be felling like a God again.

What you would do is use liver support products like Milk thistle and N-Acetyl-L-Cystiene while on cycle and use a cleanser before and after cycle for best results.
