Default Memory...

I'm looking into supps for improved memory. I found a few I liked in another thread where Cyc reccommended them, but I had a few questions for anyone that might know.....I'll also add his post and the thread at the bottom.

Right now I'm looking at the centrophenoxine, oxiracetam, and piracetaem...
One says, fast acting, one is long-term, one is "the original", one is anti-aging. I guess my only question is what's the difference and has anyone used any of these?

good stuff

modafinil is quite different and mostly used for stay awake - you can use it for that for a full day if you like without the "buzz" of other amphetamine like substances. I found that there was focus with it and it did help so I do use it from time to time.

I have used phosphatdylserine. 300mg per day, all together or spread out, doesnt matter. It did make a difference for me, but it is also really expensive. At higher doses it helps block cortisol also (800mg+). But yes, it did work.

I use Piracetam, Aniracetam (tastes like ass and isn't water soluble, so it's a must to cap) and I also throw in some Pyroglutamic Acid. They help me absorb a lot more information while studying as well as helping to improve recall during exam time.

You may want to look into a supplement called Clear Edge, it's inexpensive at nutraplanet and although I haven't tried it (yet), a lot of people seem to like it.
