Default Supplements to take with DNP

I have been researching what supps to take with on DNP.

I would like some of the VETS input on this subject.

What I have researched includes the following:

Calcium Pyruvate 3-6g per day in divided doses
High Potency Multi Vitamin
Vitamin C 3g per day in divided doses
T3 50mcg per day
Vitamin B-Complex
10,000iu Beta Carotene
400iu Vitamin E 3 times a day

This is what I am looking to be taking while on DNP

I have also heard of the following, but I am not sure.

Quercetin
Potassium
Magnesium
Benedryl
ECA stack

Thank you in advance for your feedback

I've followed your fat loss threads man....Frankly, you do not need DNP. There must be something wrong with your diet at this point...

In the past I've ran huge doses of DNP and low doses. My final conclusion is I don't ever plan to use it again. The strength loss and engergy loss are just not worth it.

Yup...IMO 30% bf does not warrant DNP

I've read a ton on DNP, and used it several times with and without lots of supps.

Keep it simple. Take 10,000mg vit C split into 5 daily doses (try to use sodium ascorbate), and a double dose of a multi-vit, and lots of water.

Anything beyond that is really not that necessary. And any dose of DNP over 600mg a day isnt necessary if you are watching you diet and doing cardio also. But watch your temp during cardio. Dont be stupid.

Thank You.

I think I'm leaning towards Mega dosing Vit C and E, double or tripleing the MV, some pyruvate and TONS of water.

If your going to be taking in lots of water, you need to make sure you get plenty of sodium and potassium to replace any electrolytes you lose. The loss of electrolytes that you can go though with excess water and something like DNP that makes you lose lots of water (containing sodium and potassium), is way more dangerous than the DNP itself. If you go far enough on the negative side, you can have a heart attack.
