I've followed your fat loss threads man....Frankly, you do not need DNP. There must be something wrong with your diet at this point...

In the past I've ran huge doses of DNP and low doses. My final conclusion is I don't ever plan to use it again. The strength loss and engergy loss are just not worth it.

I've read a ton on DNP, and used it several times with and without lots of supps.
Keep it simple. Take 10,000mg vit C split into 5 daily doses (try to use sodium ascorbate), and a double dose of a multi-vit, and lots of water. Anything beyond that is really not that necessary. And any dose of DNP over 600mg a day isnt necessary if you are watching you diet and doing cardio also. But watch your temp during cardio. Dont be stupid. |

If your going to be taking in lots of water, you need to make sure you get plenty of sodium and potassium to replace any electrolytes you lose. The loss of electrolytes that you can go though with excess water and something like DNP that makes you lose lots of water (containing sodium and potassium), is way more dangerous than the DNP itself. If you go far enough on the negative side, you can have a heart attack.
