Triple Cleanse....
Anyone used "Triple Cleanse"....it's a colon cleansing product made by GNC...trying to find something in cap form for a female friend of mine.

I just went and bought the 7day cleanse from gnc i took the 2am packs, and that shit makes me feel like I'm going to get sick already.

Hmmm not sure what the GNC 7 day cleanse packs are or contain, but you should always start with a colon cleanse and then move onto the organs. there isn't much sense in trying to detox a liver if the toxins will not get removed easily, they end up getting re-absorbed before making their way out of the body. When you have those kinds of toxins floating around you can feel ill for sure, it's good to start slow and build uop to your daily max with cleansers.
