Anyone thought of using DHEA in PCT (in conjuction with AI and SERMs?)?
Rationale behind it is that testes use DHEA from the blood to convert it to testosterone, so higher concentration of DHEA in blood -> higher testes throughput -> faster recovery. I look it up on the net, but I couldn't really find any useful studies ... Things I don't know for sure: - do testes use DHEA from the blood or do they produce it themselves (I've only found info that adrenals produce DHEA)? - is DHEA maybe elevated after AAS cycle (since testes shut down and no conversion occurs) - does the greater DHEA conversion to T increase testicular regeneration? - now that I think about it, it probably doesn't, since testosterone production=DHEA*conversion enzyme level, and when we increase DHEA levels, we only achieve higher test production trough higher precursor concentration. Any thoughts? ramble ramble Last edited by Svizac : 05-25-2007 at 04:22 PM. |

^^Ditto.
I believe it was Whitey who advised it. Either Whitey or Bryan. Either way.. it worked great: 100 mg ED

DHEA is a rather effective cortisol reducer - I highly recommend it! My protocol was 200mg, which I dropped by 50mg each week.
DHEA is also a fairly potent anabolic for women - I may have dosed it too high, in retrospect (50mg for the little lady), but it didn't seem to have any undesirable side effects. I'd certainly recommend it to females as a legal, safer alternative to anavar. But for our purposes, it's great in PCT. |

I was wondering, did if anyone find esterified DHEA?
Connected to a long ester it would have a more noticable effect, don't you think? I know that you would have to shoot a lot of it, but I think it would pay off in long term (and esterified version would have higher solubility, so you could lower the amount you needed to shoot). Any ideas on DHEA blood levels after testicular shutdown? |
