Default Looking for leaning up advice,HGH?

Here"s the deal, 5'8' about 195,BF 23% 46 y/o. Been working out approx 8 yrs. I have decent size but because of my age no matter how much cardio, can't lose the fat. I eat well take all the right supps ( foreskilin, b12, ca++, selenium, creatine, NO2, Protein drinks etc.)
Been to alot of sites for inj supps, but don't know who to trust, or what would be more beneficial (anabolics or hgh?)
Thanks in advance for help and direction.

Agreed!

You could probably benefit from cleaning up your diet, alot of people just think they are actually eating clean, when in reality they are not. Post up what your eating now and we will critique.

You can really benefit from a set diet. I dont mean to offend you at all but I doubt you could tell me how many calories you consume per day. If you have a set plan you can see exactly what you're eating. You may eat x amount of cals you weigh yourself if you dont lose any weight, you can go back to your plan and adjust it accordingly etc.

Diet first, supps and drugs are the afterthought.

Yes certainly sounds like you are eating clean foods.

What I was trying to say was your diet could use better structure to benefit you more rather than going the GH route right away. For example most of us here eat 6,7,8 or more times a day to reach our goals. Even for weight loss eating smaller amounts of food several times a day can be a great benefit, it can help speed up your metabolism and so on.

How long you have been training and what are your goals? You may be able to reach them without using drugs thats all.

While it might be a fairly clean diet, it's not a very solid or complete one.

You need to figure out how many calories a day you are currently eating. You also need to figure out how many you need. This is not necessarily based on just the calories though. For me, I start with the protein/fat/carb and figure the cals from there (4/4/9).

You need to look at your activity level and incorporate that into this equation.

Once you figure out these macros, you are set. Just eat the foods that get you there.

Looks like this thread has been hijacked from the original poster by the diet stuff.
