Default Supplement suggestions for off cycle

I have not been very into supplements other than protein and trib due to wasting my money years ago on all the trash they were putting out that produced little to no results. It does seem though that there have been some decent reviews recently on supps and I am willing to give it another shot.

What I am looking for is some quality supplements that will assist me when I come off my current cycle. I would like to add some things that will help keep my pumps and vascularity up while also assisting in keeping size and strength. Any suggestions for quality supps with manufacturer and where to purchase would be greatly appreciated.

Here are some supps I was considering but do not know quality brand names and I do not want to buy garbage.

Creatine
Tribulis
Nitric(brand unknown?)
pre workout booster(something that gives focus and intesity while off but not the shakes)

Could someone suggest a stack that would be beneficial and cost effective?
This would be in addition to a proper PCT. Thanks in advance

Get a CEE for the creatine, positive reviews for that are all over
For the Trub get the cheapest/ highest standarized try bulknutirition.com for both of these, they sell there own in powder form.
NO2 product. . .umm i think they are crap so i can't recommend one
pre workout try good ole ECA stack for a "boost" it will also help keep fat loss at a minimum when trying to eat big to keep gains. Redline caps are also good

Good stuff...I agree with about everything...I typically use regular creatine just because I like extra water..No other reason, but I think it's a good idea to use something when off cycle...Creatine has helped me throughout the years..by far not a miracle worker, but nothing is when you are off..

Thanks bags and brutal for the suggestions. I will give supplements a shot again. What iss the difference between the CEE creatine and the one you are speaking of Brutal? I am assuming one puts on more water from the comments?

Also is the generall consensis that NO2 products are garbage. I have heard a few good things but most seem to say it is not worth it. I think they are pretty expensive also?

off i used regular creatine mono... i actually am using cell tech right now lol.. I think mono is better off because of the water retention, just like brutal stated.

Any body got any opinions on NO2? Use it or a waste of money?

I liked taking Noxplode for the stimulants and pump i got, but i found that BSN's Nitrix is a lot better. Ive actually put on gains from it, which suprised me, because i was just trying it for the hell of it. Definately got gains from it, still taking it. I no longer take noxplode because im taking the Nitrix, and i just take caffeine before the gym.

I take whey, creatine monohydrate, all kinds of vitamins (multi, c, b-complex, etc), and Nitrix. Nitrix is the only brand name thing i use besides the ON whey. Its been working great for me, taking just this stuff.

Besides that, i dont waste my money on other shit. If you're looking for gains similar to juice naturally, or even gains that would give you 10% of what juice does, forget it. But for natural gains, that little 'stack' has worked for me great.

Default Re:

I take creatine daily before workout. Creatine works and is a very safe weight gain supplement. I would include it as a very inexpensive, very effective tool in concern to build muscles. And more is a compound that is naturally made in our bodies to supply energy to muscles. We just make very little of it and get very little from whole foods. It is used in the body to produce ATP.it will increase muscle fiber size, strength and overall power.
