Donno if this is meant for PCT section but I am noticing one of my titties is getting sore and the tiny gyno lump behind it is growing a bit... We dont want that.

I have a couple bottles of Nolvadex lying around for my PCT but I can take this to lessen my gyno right? If so how much per day? It is the 20mg/ml bottle from Lion.

30-40mg a day or should I order something stronger?

I'd start wiht 40mgs/day until the soreness goes away then drop it to 20mgs/day.

Ideally i would run aromasin at 25mgs/day throughout your cycle to prevent any gyno and conversion of test into estrogen.

I am doing HCG which I just started about a week ago would that help? Also I have that Exestane from Lion sitting in my closet too. You think I should take Nolvadex and Exestane until I am done with my cycle and then take both still at the same doses throughout my PCT?

HCG won't help the gyno situation, but the exemastane will (aromasin). i would run both the aromasin and the nolva from now until your done pct's. that should take care of that. You could switch to toremifene for pct's and rop the nolva and or the aromasin.

Is this toremifine good stuff compared to the nolva/exestane? I had pretty damn good results from nolva/exestane for my PCT last time and I didnt feel like shit like I did with the clomid.

It sounds like you are saying this toremifene is about as good as both the nolva/exestane?

i take aromasin pretty muck all year round these days. But either will do, you can run aromasin and nolva which works well, or toremifene. the tore is amazing at filling up the boys, you basically start blowing your loads before your even ready to shoot. Truly amazing stuff.

The aromasin has a few uinque qualities that arimidex and others can't do, and that is...aromasin is an Aromatase suicide Inhibitor, so it actually kiis off the aromatase all together, not just blocking like the others do.

Agree 100% with 40mg's of NOlva a day, I would get sensitive nips drop about 40 for 3 days then hop on 20mg's ed.. After about a week of 20mg ed, I dropped to 20 eod. It worked for me..I never had a lump though, just sensitivity..

Thats the thing, if a lump has formed then I would be feel rather dubious that Nolva would dissipate it, it will cease allowing estrogen into that area and im sure it won't grow or get any worse but once you cease administration..... however you need to kill the excess estrogen which has built up, Id say either Aromisin or Letro to deal with this situ, they are ideal for crushing estrogen, if you take away whats causing the problem then you should remedy it.

Don't expect the lump to totally go though, it will prolly break it up, and stop any sensitivity but to completely remove a growth would possibly require it removing. It would make it liveable though.
