I'm looking for help on how to start working out. I'm a little out of shape and not over weight. I always feel tired but have no energy to start a workout even though I really want to. I know once I start I will feel better. Second question is working out in the morning better then in the afternoon? I figure if I can wake up, work out, I’ll feel better during the day. Looking for any idea and help.

What about your diet? What you eat also plays a factor. Make sure you're getting all your nutrients. I feel better with THROTTLE MATRIX everyday, being a graduate student, I have to put in long hours of research late at night and Throttle Matrix keeps my mind focused. Have a look at their site www.myochem.com. I don’t know what I would do without it.

Depends on what you're doing as to if working out in the morning is better then afternoon. Cardio is better in the morning, if you're doing cardio. I myself enjoy lifting weights in the morning however you'll find most prefer to lift in the evening.
As to not having the energy..............well that will change the moment you get a few workouts under your belt. You have to bite the bullet and just get in there and start working out. Don't think about what all you want/need to do before you go to the gym just get there and do one exercise. By the time you complete that one exercise you'll be able to move to the next without even thinking about it.....next thing you know you're finished.
