Poll: Who has actually had challenges with clomid?

Who has issues and post up your experiences...

I have used clomid... on several occations. The only challenges I ever had was with frontloading a dose. Alot of people say it is bad, yet it worked for a multitude of AAS users before these "new theories". Also here are two studies found in different threads on this board pasted below.

OBJECTIVE: To report a case of symptomatic hypogonadism induced by the abuse of multiple steroid preparations that was subsequently reversed by clomiphene. DESIGN: Case report. SETTING: University-affiliated andrology practice within family practice clinic. PATIENT(S): A 30-year-old male. INTERVENTION(S): Clomiphene citrate, 100-mg challenge for 5 days, followed by treatment at same dose for 2 months. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURE(S): Clinical symptoms, androgen decline in aging male questionnaire, total T, FSH, LH. RESULT(S): Reversal of symptoms, normalization of T levels with LH surge, restoration of pituitary-gonadal axis. CONCLUSION(S): Clomiphene citrate is used typically in helping to restore fertility in females. This represents the first case report of the successful use of clomiphene to restore T levels and the pituitary-gonadal axis in a male patient. The axis was previously shut off with multiple anabolic steroid abuse.

Secondary hypogonadism is more common than primary gonadal failure and is seen in chronic and acute illnesses. Although testosterone has a role in erections, its importance in erectile dysfunction (ED) has been controversial. Hypogonadism produced by functional suppression of pituitary gonadotropins has been shown to correct with clomiphene citrate, but with a modest effect on sexual function. We wondered if longer treatment would produce improved results. A total of 178 men with secondary hypogonadism and ED received clomiphene citrate for 4 months. Sexual function improved in 75%, with no change in 25%, while significant increases in luteinizing hormone (P<0.001) and free testosterone (P<0.001) occurred in all patients. Multivariable analysis showed that responses decreased significantly with aging (P<0.05). Decreased responses also occurred in men with diabetes, hypertension, coronary artery disease, and multiple medication use. Since these conditions are more prevalent with aging, chronic disease may be a more important determinant of sexual dysfunction. Men with anxiety-related disorders responded better to normalization of testosterone. Assessment of androgen status should be accomplished in all men with ED. For those with lower than normal age-matched levels of testosterone treatment directed at normalizing testosterone with clomiphene citrate is a viable alternative to giving androgen supplements.

I have...I have!

Headaches, acne, dizziness, moody as hell. I was severely depressed! I have come off gear and done 0 pct before and it was nothing like that. I was as low as I can recall being.

Clomid screws me up pretty bad.

I had crazy visual sides at 300mg, it felt like I was on acid for about 30 seconds. It was cool as shit but probably not too heathly. Now I stay at 100mg and never have any problems that I know of. And I always recover 100% very quickly, blood tests to prove. Clomid will stay in my PCT arsenal in the future.

Did you use the exact same compounds during cycle when you did zero pct and when you did clomid pct?

clomid pct.......was after :

1-10 300mg deca
1-12 600mg test e
13-22 90mg prop ED
15-20 75mg tren ace ED

Used 100mg of clomid for a few days, then I used 50 mg for a couple of weeks...alongside l-dex and nolva. I dropped the l-dex after ten days and just ran the clomid and the nolva.

The one with no pct...

1-6 200mg tne/prop ED
1-3 60mg winnie ED
(5 days) 150mg tren ace ED
(from day 6-week2) 100mg tren ace ED...then I realizzed that 75 worked as good and gave me less problems.
3-6 tren ace 60mg ED because I figured I would see...and it worked as good as 75mg with half the sides.

Came off...went flat physically and mentally for two weeks, then turned right around.

CLOMID WAS MUCH WORSE! I never have considereed myself as suicidal, but if I were already way down deep in depression...clomid might send me to the brink of being suicidal. I just wanted it to end. I finally just dropped that shit.

Since then, nolva/hcg/igf/gh is the way to go for me.

I get insanely mean on vicodine or loritabs... its a type of reaction. Its like I turn into a bigger asshole, hahaha. When I tell people that they just look at me like yeah right.

I believe different reactions can occur, I was just trying to establish how many actually had challenges... Thanks swellin for the input

DaBull did that as well. You could always tell when he was on vicodin. He blamed it on vics anyway. lol
He got banned from a couple of boards while on vicodin for an injury...then got squared away and let back in.

Never had a problem with it at all, even when running doses as high as 300mgs per day.

Never had a major issue but I did notice that I saw blurry colors sometimes in dark areas....

I tried front loading after a dbol cycle Anything more than 100mg/pd gave me severe naseau. I got some tracer after a few weeks of 100mg/pd. They were fairly limited in duration and only occure if I went from a room with no light to one with light. Usually in the morning like after prolonged periods in darkness.
